Doin and Dianne Loftis opened Loftis Jewelry and Pawnbrokers in 1980 here is Springfield, MO. They started as a small store on Commercial street with 2 employees. In 1990, they moved the store to its current location at Campbell and Sunshine. In 2009, they decided to retire and leave store operations to their son; Darrell Loftis, and grandson; Cory Loftis. Loftis has now been in business for over 30 years and employs 16 people.

Darrell and Cory are now taking the company to the next level, and looking to expand to new locations. They remain committed to providing the same quality customer service that has made Loftis successful for 30 years.

While Loftis Jewelry and Pawnbrokers is at its core a pawn shop, it has much more to offer than most would think. Loftis houses a gun department with a selection larger than any other gun shop in SW Missouri, a full-scale jewelry department with in-house jeweler, and sells both new and used electronics and musical instruments.
